Your responsibilities

• Involvement in residential construction projects (single-family houses and small residential developments)
• Cost estimation and quantity take-offs based on project documentation
• Preparation of preliminary and detailed budgets
• Support in cost control and financial tracking of projects
• Cooperation with:
• Architects and designers
• Investors and clients
• Internal project and technical teams
• Identifying and coordinating design changes and optimizations
• Improving internal tools, workflows and standards as DPE International grows in Spain

Our expectations

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Building Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in construction projects (residential preferred)
• Real exposure to construction sites (not only office work)
• Basic to intermediate experience in cost estimation / budgeting
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Good English (international environment, daily communication)
• Clear communicator, proactive mindset, well organized
• Someone who wants growth, responsibility and ownership, not routine

Nice to Have

• Experience with single-family housing
• Knowledge of Spanish construction processes
• Interest in project management and future leadership roles
• Comfort working in a growing, slightly “startup-like” structure
