About DPE

We are DPE – the #1 general contractor for single-family homes in Poland. With successful operations in Sweden, Slovakia, Romania and Croatia, we are now launching our business in Spain, starting with Costa del Sol (Málaga, Marbella, Estepona and surrounding areas).

We specialize in modern, energy-efficient single-family homes and have already helped hundreds of families build their dream houses across Europe. Now, we are bringing this proven model to Spain – and we’re looking for a strong General Manager to lead this market.

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to build and scale DPE Spain from the ground up, backed by a proven international business model, strong brand, and experienced HQ support.

As General Manager – Spain, you will have full responsibility for the Spanish operation, acting as the local business leader and market owner.

You will be responsible for:

• Launching and managing DPE’s operations in Spain (Costa del Sol region)
• Defining and executing the commercial and sales strategy
• Recruiting, leading, and developing a local sales team
• Full P&L ownership: budgeting, margins, profitability, and cash flow
• Hiring and coordinating key local roles and partners: sales, technical partners, estimating, administration
• Managing day-to-day operations: office setup, systems, workflows, subcontractors
• Monitoring KPIs across sales, operations, and finance, and adjusting strategy when needed
• Representing DPE in Spain toward clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and strategic partners

This role combines business development, leadership, and operational management – it is a true General Manager position, not a narrow functional role.

Who You Are

You are a driven, entrepreneurial leader who wants to build and lead a business, not just manage processes.

• Proven experience in B2C sales, ideally with a long and complex sales cycle
• 2–5 years in a senior commercial, sales leadership, or general management role
• Strong financial literacy: P&L, budgets, margins, KPIs
• Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, hands-on, ownership-driven
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Based in Costa del Sol

Nice to have:

• Experience launching or scaling a new business or market
• Background in construction, real estate, or technical services
• Experience in a startup or international scale-up environment
